JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is an architectural, engineering & planning consultancy
Responsible for translating architectural designs into detailed
technical drawings and specifications.
They collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams,
ensuring that designs meet building codes and regulations.
They will use computer-aided design (CAD) software and stay updated on
industry trends to optimise project efficiency and quality.
Communication skills are crucial as they often liaise between various
stakeholders throughout the construction proces
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years post qualification experience.
Confident in managing and producing comprehensive construction
packages.
Enthusiasm for quality design solutions
Good communication skills
ArchiCAD software an advantage.
